This one-bedroom bathroom apartment has been completely updated and has a mid-century modern vibe with your comfort in mind. The bedroom boasts a huge walk-in closet outfitted with wrap-around shelving, and a six-drawer dresser provides room for all of your personal belongings to be neatly tucked away. Across the hall from the bedroom is the fully updated bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry with the brand-new stacking washer and dryer. Open living room and kitchen with function in mind allow for space to relax and eat in or work from "home." This apartment is the smaller unit in a duplex, we have very respectful long-term tenants residing in the other unit. It's very important to us that our tenants understand the importance of privacy and peace. If you're looking for a place to socialize late at night and come and go at all hours or host friends, this is not the right place. No smoking inside the property.
