If you call me, I can meet you at the address and show you the space that's available for rent, and you can meet the other roommates. Located midway around a loop, making traffic minimal. A short walk to the RTD with EZ transfer to the light rail system and DIA, grocery stores, dining, services, bank, movie theater, gym..... all within easy and short walking distance. Nice covered patio with BBQ, close to a wonderful Mission Viejo park and playground, large open space, and tennis courts, softball and Soccer Fields. Please note that there is no smoking, NO MARIJUANA, and NO PETS permitted, including service animals. No Application Fees for active military; all others will need to pay $69 for a full background check. Lease agreements are month-to-month.
