The first month's rent will be prorated based on the move-in date. One-year lease required. Renters' insurance is required. Non-smoking. The Open Application Period for this property begins on 7/4/2023 at 8:00 am PST which is at least 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted. We accept applications through Zillow and Zillow charges applicants a one-time fee of $35 that covers the service, including the credit and background checks. If there is a couple or a group applying together, each person over 18 needs to pay the $35 fee. We will not begin accepting complete applications any earlier than the time specified above. Please refrain from applying prior to the Open Application Period. If an application is received prior to the Open Application Period, the City of Portland requires that Landlords apply an 8-hour penalty to the time an application was received.
