This home features beautiful exposed beams, a saloon-style bar, and open living spaces. The main level boasts a warm living room with a river rock fireplace and Smart TV, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. The lower level includes a spacious lounge with a reclining sofa and TV, and a washer and dryer.
Driveway parking accommodates 5-6 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use. Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20/day per pet. Approved pets and emotional support animals are subject to this fee, while ADA-recognized service animals stay for free. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Monthly pet fees are $75 per month, per pet. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets.

World-class ski resorts like Snowbird (10 miles), Alta (11 miles), Solitude (13 miles), and Brighton (14 miles) are all within easy reach.
The gas fireplace in the basement is available for guest use. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Early check-in/late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability at a rate of $15 per hour. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property; a $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
