This home features seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring two shower heads and a spacious tub. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 3 is designed for larger groups with twelve twin beds (bunk beds intended for children 10 and under on the top bunks), and Bedroom 4 has six twin beds and two blow-up mattresses. Bedrooms 5 and 6 offer cozy queen beds. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ & Smoker grill for all your outdoor cooking needs. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested subject to availability and a small fee. Located just a short 7-minute drive away is the Desert Peak Complex, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, including a swimming pool, rodeo grounds, motor speedway, and motor crossway. Additionally, a nearby park is within walking distance, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Grocery stores are just a few minutes away. The owner and family respectfully live on site in a completely separated basement unit of this large house with its own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home and is often not home. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors. This is a smoke-free home; no smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted, and violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received. This home is remote work-friendly and offers a seamless arrival with its smart lock system.
