Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. The owner and family respectfully live on-site in a completely separated basement unit with its own entrance that does not interfere with any of the rented spaces. This is a smoke-free home; no smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time. Check-in is handled with a smart lock system. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a small fee. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and a rental agreement.
