On the second floor there's a queen bed and a full bed. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. AC units set up during the summer. One of the bedrooms has built-in bookshelves. Head up the back staircase to the third floor. There is a private bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower/claw-foot tub, and a "suite area" with 1 full bed and 1 twin. There a total of 5 beds (1 queen, 3 fulls, and 1 twin) in this rental. WiFi is shared with first floor tenants, but you should have no issue connecting. Washer and dryer (non coin operated) is located in the basement.
