Lease terms

1. Lease Terms: Our lease terms require a minimum commitment of 12 months. This means that the tenancy agreement must be maintained for at least one year. If you decide to rent the property, you will be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the lease agreement. $250 water refundable deposit as water is sub-metered. 2. Credit Score Requirement: To be eligible for tenancy, we require a minimum credit score of 650 and above. A good credit score helps us assess the financial responsibility of potential tenants and ensures a reliable payment history. 3. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises of the home. We maintain a smoke-free environment to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our tenants. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the home and within the property boundaries. 4. Pet Policy: As per our policy, we do not allow Pitbull or Pitbull mix breeds on the property. While we understand that pets are an important part of many families, we have chosen this policy to ensure the safety and peaceful living conditions for all our residents. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. One time pet fee of $250 per pet. $20 monthly pet rental per pet.
