Lease terms

Beautiful Storybook house with detached separate true one bedroom guest house! One year lease minimum. Property is furnished. Tenant is responsible for utilities, trash, internet and yard work. Just as if you owned the home. :) Only two small dogs or one large dog allowed. (negotiable) Pet fee of $500 (non-refundable) per pet. Tenant must watch the pets at all times when they are let outside. The front fence is a small picket fence. Tenant must clean up poop and leave no pet waste behind when vacating. No smoking anywhere on property. No Short-Term rental leases allowed on either house if you lease this entire property. The guest house is great for an adult child, mother, father, mother-in-law cottage, or the casita can be a separate office to work on a business. No subletting or renting either house out without landlord's permission. Tenants must fill out a lease provided by the landlord. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply and pay the app fee of $50. Please notice the sauna rules. No person under 18 is allowed in the sauna without an adult. No pets allowed in the sauna. The driveway has a curve so tenants must back out slowly and be careful of the ditch next to the driveway. Tenants are responsible for trash collection and putting the cans on the street near the curb on trash days and then rolling them back on the driveway.
