This home features multiple living areas, a large bunk room with air hockey, a reading nook/library, and a shaded deck with a hammock. Enjoy mountain views throughout the surrounding area. While portions of the home have been updated, guests should expect a cozy mountain-home feel with some older finishes and dated elements in parts of the property. Guests will have full private access to their side of the duplex, including the attached 2-car garage and all bedrooms. Approved pets incur a pet fee, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and a fee. Enjoy quick access to Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, and Alta while staying close to shopping, restaurants, and the Wasatch Front. No Smoking/Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee. Guests must clean up after their pet. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property. A $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Includes a reading nook/library.
