Lease Terms * Lease Term: 12-month lease * Monthly Rent: $2,500/month * Security Deposit: 2,500(one month's rent) * Pet Deposit: $250 non-refundable per approved pet (required) * Rent Due: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. * Late Fees: A $75 late fee will be assessed if rent is not received by the 10th of the month. Beginning on the 15th of the month, an additional $10 per day will be charged until the outstanding balance is paid in full. * Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, trash, internet, cable, and heating. * Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or detached garage.
