A security deposit is required prior to move-in. Small pets are welcome with prior approval and a refundable pet deposit. No smoking of any kind on the property, indoors or outdoors. No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted. Tenant screening criteria will be provided in writing prior to accepting any payment, as required by Utah law.
