The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, with a dining table that comfortably seats six, plus two additional stools.
Enjoy the private backyard with swings, perfect for relaxing or for children to play. Parking is available in the driveway. For those traveling with little ones, a pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet, per day.

It's also conveniently close to Utah's favorite family destinations like Temple Square and City Creek Center, as well as the University of Utah and Red Butte Garden.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises; a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time, with 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional extended stay cleaning fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will be assessed. For guests staying longer than 30 days, property evaluation walkthroughs will be scheduled every 30 days. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle; a $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving. Street parking is not permitted; park between the orange poles in the fall and winter. Do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. Wildlife, including bears and moose, frequent the area; please be cautious and store food/garbage in bear-proof containers. No firing of weapons of any kind is allowed on the property. No tents are allowed. No large bonfires and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
