Lease Terms & Policies Lease Term: 12-month lease required. Monthly Rent: $1,900 Security Deposit: $1,900 due at lease signing. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electric, water/sewer/trash, and internet service. Lawn Care: Tenant is responsible for mowing and maintaining the lawn and yard. Parking: Driveway parking available, with additional street parking. Laundry: Washer and dryer hookups are available in the basement. Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the home. Pets: Negotiable Property Alterations: No painting, wallpapering, or changing wall colors. Renters Insurance: Optional; however, tenants are responsible for insuring their personal belongings. The landlord is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Occupancy: All occupants over 18 years of age must be listed on the lease and are subject to application and screening requirements. Application Requirements: Background, credit, income, and rental history verification may be required.
