I have 4 rooms with 3 full bathrooms which are all available today. One months rent is required for deposit. Security deposit is fully refundable back to you after lease. The rent will not change if anyone moves out so you will never be expected to cover someone else's rent or utilities. Utilities are split between all tenants equally. The digs: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and everything else you might expect (kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace, AC/heat, patio, garden, etc.) There is a nice very large courtyard/garden area for hanging out or relaxing. I also have a grill so if you like to grill you are most welcome. The house is mostly furnished (although your bedroom is not), so you need your own bedroom furniture. The rooms: I currently have 4 rooms available one is $ 600 and the other two are $ 700 and $800 and Master bedroom is $900. You can rent anyone of them, the choice is completely up to you. Both rooms are on the same floor with a full size bathroom. I also have a Master bedroom which is very large + Large closet which gives you plenty of space for all your needs. Included also is a full size refrigerator for your use and a large porch on the back of the property where you can relax. Overlooking the porch is a beautiful white picket fence. The property is very large inside and outside. Pets: Well behaved cats only, no dogs please. Additional amenities : 3 full bathrooms on property Full refrigerator for your use Grill for cook-outs Huge Lawn to sit down, relax and play games Parking spot : In front of the property Area is very safe and peaceful Occupancy per room is for one person only. I also have Wi-Fi- Quantum super fast internet service which is fibred and wired for the entire house. About You : We're looking for someone responsible, clean in shared spaces, and easygoing.
