The whole house has just been thoroughly upgraded to brand new copper pipe plumbing and also implemented an expensive state of the art Spring Well water conditioning system that triple filters the house water so it is safe and healthy to drink. The location is also near public transit (5 min walk to bus stops), and business like Cisco, Google, Apple etc. The area has easy access to Costco on Hostetter Road, Great Mall of Milpitas, 680 and 880 freeways and the Bart station. The room is currently furnished. Parking is free on the street. Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi and routine professional common area cleaning are included in the rental. All Utilities (Gas, Electricity and Water) is about $100 a month.
The house is currently shared with 5 long term tenants who are very respectful. Everyone works in the valley, doesn't usually cook, so the kitchen is minimally used. Looking for a clean, quiet, respectful and responsible individual to share the house. A Transunion SmartMove tenant screen is required for $48 for the protection of everyone in the house.
