Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $1,800 due on the 1st day of each month * Security Deposit: $1,800 * Lease Term: 12 months (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing) * Utilities: Tenant is responsible for payment of electric, water, and trash services * Lawn Care: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and keeping the property clean and in good condition * Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the home * Occupancy: Only approved tenants listed on the lease may reside on the property * Maintenance: Tenant agrees to promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the landlord * Pets: Cats and dogs are allowed with landlord approval. Tenants are responsible for any pet-related damages and maintaining cleanliness of the property * Parking: Parking permitted in designated driveway/garage areas only * Late Fees: Rent not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as outlined in the lease agreement * Property Condition: Tenant agrees to return the property in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear
