Our pet policy is as follows: Limit two pets (60 lb. weight limit) allowed with: $35/month fee for 1 dog $50/month fee for 2 dogs No monthly fee for cat(s) Note All parking at present is street parking. There is currently a waiting list for garages. Utilities (water, sewer, trash) are extra. Average of $75-85/month - 2 occupants It is preferred that the lease start within 10 days of application, approval, and deposit. We may be willing to negotiate, please state if more time is needed. Rental Requirements: To qualify, applicants must have a minimum 650 credit score, gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the rent, no recent evictions, no landlord debt in the past 7 years, no negative rental history, no negative utility accounts, and minimal collections. All applicants must be 18 or older. Applicants who do not meet all criteria may be considered with a strong guarantor. Third party credit bureau reports may also be submitted for additional consideration. Available Mon -Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM; Earlier in the morning, later in the evening, or weekends by appointment with at least 24-hour advance notice.
