Terms and length of lease maybe flexible for the right tenants. Rent payment and pre paid utilities due in full prior to move in. Tenant pays for snow removal, water, trash, cable/internet, and hot tub up front prior to arrival. Power goes into the tenants name and tenant is charged for propane usage. Review terms, answer questionnaire below and return via Zillow. We do require full time/year round employment, local ski lease references if you are not currently residing together, great credit, full payment of all rent due thirty days prior to start of lease.
