Strong Property Group uses Zillow's tenant screening platform to process rental applications. Monthly Rent $2,800 Security Deposit $1,500 Lease Term A one-year lease is preferred, with an opportunity to renew upon expiration of the initial lease term, subject to the agreement of the parties. Screening and Application Process All adult applicants must complete a rental application and satisfy the screening criteria provided with this listing. Screening may include review and verification of the applicant's identity, income, employment, credit history, rental history, landlord references, eviction history, criminal history, and other information identified in the published screening criteria. General qualification requirements include verifiable gross household income equal to at least 2 times the monthly rent, satisfactory credit and rental history, and the ability to satisfy all other requirements contained in the attached screening criteria. Strong Property Group accepts Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports that comply with Washington law. The report must be provided directly by a consumer reporting agency at no charge to Strong Property Group and must include a consumer credit report prepared within the preceding 30 days, criminal history, eviction history, employment verification, and address and rental history. Applicants may be required to complete a rental application and provide additional documentation needed to verify information or evaluate qualifications. Strong Property Group will not charge an applicant for an additional screening report obtained by Strong Property Group when a qualifying reusable report is accepted. Applications will be considered in the order in which they become complete. An application is not considered complete until all required information, documentation, authorizations, and applications from every adult member of the proposed household have been received. The first complete applicant or household that satisfies all published screening criteria and receives final approval will generally be offered the tenancy. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or reserve the property. Applicants who satisfy the minimum screening criteria may nevertheless not be selected if the property has already been offered to or accepted by an earlier complete and approved applicant. Screening criteria will be applied consistently without regard to any characteristic protected by federal, state, or applicable local fair-housing law.
