A $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints requiring intervention. Quiet hours are observed after 11 pm. Late check-out may incur a $50 fee per hour. Guests are responsible for cleaning dishes, bagging trash, and reporting any damages within the first 4 hours of check-in. Wearing shoes inside the house is not permitted. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as clogs requiring a plumber will be at the guest's cost.
