Lease terms

6 month lease 1st and last month rent (non refundable) plus $45 credit free. If you have pets an addition deposit is required, it will be negotiated at time of lease agreement depending on size, breed of pets. Late fee $35 if more than 12 days late a $5.00 per day until Rent is paid in full. No more than 2 occupants are allowed, each renter must be included on the lease and pass separate credit checks. No parties, no loud music after 10pm. Of course you can have company I'm referring to wild parties not normal a few friends over enjoying the day/evening. There is a washer dryer hookup. We have a small stack unit if I get it working I will happily install it for you to use. generally we don't supply a washer and dryer. An air window until and space heater are supplied. A full size fridge and stove are also supplied. The house has a Large full size bathroom, bedroom and kitchen with a small utility room. There is also closet and storage space as well as a full size pantry.
