This is an adorable unfurnished two-bed, two-bath, two-story home located close to the University of Arizona and on one of the main biking roads. The house gets tons of natural light that makes the home feel clean and open. It also has a fenced-in back patio with shade, plants, and turf. Lease term: the owner is seeking a one-year lease. Parking: The house also has a two-car carport. Utilities: Trash and HOA fees are included in the rent, but tenants are responsible for water and electric, as well as any optional services like cable or internet. The house does not have gas services, so there is no gas bill. Important policies: *Smoking is not allowed inside the home. *Renters must respect neighbors' quiet use of their homes by maintaining respectful noise levels. *Renters will be asked to adjust the automatic irrigation system when season change requires more or less water to the plants in the backyard. *Pets are generally not permitted, but exceptions might be made for prospective renters with strong credentials. If accepted, renters would be charged a reasonable one-time nonrefundable pet fee to cover the costs of deep cleaning after the lease term.
