Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the house. Lease Duration: Initial lease term is 12 months, with the possibility of renewal or revision upon agreement. Payment Terms: Last month's rent is due at signing. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for routine maintenance, such as replacing air filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries. Major repairs will be handled by the owner but shall be reported by the tenant to the owner as soon as possible. Guests: Tenants are responsible for the actions of their guests. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway. The roadside operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for street parking. For large events, tenants are expected to coordinate with neighbors to ensure parking availability. This property provides a comfortable and accommodating living experience.
