Available as early as August 1. Minimum lease term is 12 months. We are open to discussing longer lease terms. The home is offered fully furnished, with some flexibility to remove or store select furnishings based on tenant needs. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet service. The hot tub is included with the property, and all necessary maintenance supplies and chemicals will be provided, but routine maintenance will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease term. Prior to move-in, the home, furnishings, and appliances will be professionally deep cleaned to provide a fresh start for incoming tenants. Security deposit and tenant screening requirements will be discussed with qualified applicants. No smoking.
