Rent is per month per bedroom. I have the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom available upstairs. One of my sons (28 years old) and one other tenant share the house. Rent includes all utilities. First month rent and $250 security (refundable) deposit due at lease signing. Subsequent rent payments are due on the first of each month. Need to be able to demonstrate adequate income or have parents co-sign and guarantee rent payments. Tenants are responsible for normal cleaning, changing light bulbs, and similar minor upkeep activities. Current tenants have cats. If want to keep a pet, additional $250 non-refundable deposit is required.
