We are looking to rent our four level townhome, which was built in June 2014, after living in it and relocating to another part of Maryland. The things that make it unique are its location in a developing area with a town center and 270 interchange coming soon, a two car garage, and with a driveway that has room for two extra cars, hardwood and deck on the main level. Another feature of this property is that it's one of the few in the community with a fourth level set up as a loft, with a full bathroom, and with an outdoor 10 x 10 balcony area directly out of the loft.
