FEET to the underground Belmont BLUE LINE CTA TRAIN AND BUS TERMINAL... WE ALSO HAVE A GARAGE SPOT AVAILABLE.… and bike storage racks in the back patio grilling area. All the wires in the building were replaced with the electrical service upgrade and all the pipes in the building were also replaces so NO FLICKERING LIGHTS OR CHANGES IN SHOWER TEMP plus there are outlets everywhere LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Half way between down town Chicago and Ohare airport basically a 2 minute walk from the BELMONT BLUE LINE and CTA transit center as well as SECONDS from the freeway grocery stores Jewel Aldi Walgreen's 7 - 11 and ethnic local shops makes it the best location... this L stop stop still lets you get a sitting seat the Logan Square and California stop means standing room only in the morning commute... in either direction.. And the underground L platform is only a 2 minute walk away. seconds to the interstate freeways 90 94 but far enough that you cannot hear them. If you do not have a car you will find most of the tenants that lived 3 plus years in the 6 unit building sold theres as it is not required or needed when you are walking distance from grocery and convenient stores restaraunts and pubs bars and the best public transit electric train also known as the L blue line and 24 hour bus terminal. All reasonable utility use included. If you are not running the heat or air conditioning with open doors or windows we wont have issues. Owner occupied building where people treat others with respect and how they want to be treated. Owner occupied means the roof does not leak because it would effect the owners life... The bbq grill has gas in it because the owner uses it... The chemistry in the building is plessant because I want to enjoy where I live. The building is continuously being improved and worked on because it is my home as well and not an investment property... come to think of it, my family has owned and lived in this building since 1982.... Most tenants have FOID CARDS and guns in their units... so if your anti gun, your probably not going to feel comfortable when hunting riffles move through the common areas on the way to the range or during hunting season ... Higher than 720 credit scores are who lives here... Some have been here 6 years and our newest tenant resigned as well. A garage space is available but is 250$ a month additional. additional roommates are extra $150. leases renew in April for one year....
