The building is continuously being improved and worked on because it is my home as well and not an investment property... come to think of it, my family has owned and lived in this building since 1982....
Most tenants have FOID CARDS and guns in their units... so if your anti gun, your probably not going to feel comfortable when hunting riffles move through the common areas on the way to the range or during hunting season ...
