There is garage parking available for a small to mid-size vehicle. The room itself is very spacious with a wonderful large bathroom and an extra large walk-in closet. It currently fits a large Kingsize bed with plenty of extra space for other furniture. The neighborhood is fantastic. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars and all the restaurants, bars and parks that LoHi has to offer. It is also less than a mile away from the Platte river and Commons Park. Very safe area with close and easy highway access. There is one other person, Christian, living there in the other room.
