Lite kitchen privileges, Roommate shared refrigerator with individual storage spaces. I am seeking an employed person who is sociable had a permanent job and transportation. The room is vey comfortable and for one person only. NO smoking or alcohol abuse and no visitors in the home. The lake is generally available for meeting someone and avoids disturbing the household privacy. We are looking for someone who is looking for a term over a year or longer depending on circumstances and agreement. Monthly Rent is 850.00 per Month, Security Deposit $850.00 Due at move in, deposit to hold for more than 5 days.,
