Full video of house available as well as additional pics to reflect upgraded appliances, and some other things not shown. Looking for either of these two options: September/ October/ November rental at $4500/ month OR January through April (4 months) for a ski group. I only want the ski lease to be all four months please- not December to March, or some other variable. I could be open to 5 months December to end of April as well. FYI. Tenants pay gas and electric, water, wifi and I pay trash only. You also pay snowplow fee which I have on a special rate that's a significant discount for being a long term customer with the same company, and I'll pass that onto my tenants. Full lease must be paid in advance of move- in for the winter season. We can talk about installments that feel good to both of us over the course of now until January 2, 2026 move in. House is fully furnished and stocked. No smoking of any kind - vaping, pot, cigarettes or plug in wall scents or incense. Keys are on lockbox. Happy to show the place in person, on FaceTime- whatever works. I've done all scenarios over the years and it's all worked out perfectly with every group since 2015. :)

This is located in a neighborhood that's also walking distance to every store, cafe, restaurant and amenity available- Safeway, Whole Foods, CVS, a wine bar that overlooks the entire lake, breweries, cafes, restaurants, banks- the whole gamut- all walking distance within 5 minutes of the house. Casinos just 3/4 mile down the street, Heavenly Resort a few blocks away only. It's just beautiful and ideal! Responsive landlord and references from prior tenants all available too. New appliances- washer/ dryer, stove, fridge- all within the last 2 years, and hot tub is in excellent condition as well. Parking for up to 4 cars off street. EV charger available as well!
