Lease terms

Standard 1 year lease. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and utilities (except trash). Most pets are WELCOME. Additional Pet rent will apply and pets accepted per breed subject to owner's approval. Applications are FREE to fill out but I do NOT accept Zillow applications. Each adult applicant (over 18) must fill out a separate application and provide 90 days proof of income, which is FREE to do. Credit score is NOT important, but I do look at credit and rental history. I will look at your applications and income, and if you are approved for the home, a credit/background check must be run at your expense of $45, but you will not be charged until your application package is approved and you are ready to move forward. Incomplete applications (or applications without 90 days proof of income) cannot be processed. Washer and/or dryer can be rented for $50/month each or you can bring your own. First month's rent and $2,250 security deposit due at lease signing. Thank you.
