Located just 10 minutes from PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, PPG Arena, the Strip District, and Andy Warhol Museum, this apartment is walkable to Riverview Park and hip eateries. You will be staying in the historic Brighton Heights neighborhood, and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars, and Riverview Park. You are also only a few minutes drive to downtown Pittsburgh and all it has to offer. Enjoy Riverview Park's trails and green spaces and visit local restaurants, cafes, and hip bars nearby. It also provides easy access to UPMC and Allegheny General hospitals. The bedroom on the third floor requires climbing stairs, which may not suit guests with mobility concerns. No parties or smoking/vaping are allowed anywhere on the property, and any violations of either of these rules will result in a $500 fine. Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days. If you'd like an item returned, a $35 lost and found management fee will apply. This fee covers the time and handling involved in locating, storing, and preparing the item for shipment.
