The room is large with walk in closets, private bathroom and hardwood floors throughout the home and plenty of storage. Back yard is fenced with a large Jacuzzi. New heaters, water heater and paint throughout the home. The room comes with a large connected garage and a shared work room. You will also have the second bathroom when I am not there. Walk to the lake, Safeway or Whole Foods. Three minutes to Heavenly. This is a duplex and is the top unit. The Bijou Meadow is the best in Tahoe with views of Heavenly and close to the Bijou Park.
