Unwind in the contemporary living room with plush seating and a cozy wood fireplace. The adjacent dining area seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals. For entertainment, the garage has been converted into a game room with ping-pong and foosball. After a day of exploring, soothe your muscles in the private hot tub, set under a charming gazebo with string lights. The private, fenced backyard is an adventure in itself, with a BBQ grill on the patio for family cookouts and a playground for the kids. Central air conditioning and convenient laundry facilities are also provided.
Pets are allowed, with a $100 pet fee per dog paid before arrival. Dogs must be crated if left alone, kept off the furniture, leashed when outdoors, and their waste cleaned up right away. Guests will have full and private access to the entire single-level home, including all four bedrooms, the living areas, and the kitchen. You will also have exclusive use of the private fenced backyard, patio, BBQ grill, playground, game room, and hot tub.

Wilson Wildlife Area, and 17 miles from the Capitol building in Salem. Corvallis and OSU are 21 miles away.
Check-in is simple and convenient with a self check-in process using a secure smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Cancellation is fully refundable up to 7 days before check-in, then the booking becomes non-refundable. 50% is due at booking and the remainder 30 days before check-in. If booking checks in less than 30 days, 100% is due at booking. The minimum age to book is 21. We do not offer refunds for minor pest issues or wildlife encounters. While our properties are regularly treated and well-maintained, our natural environment may lead to occasional encounters with common insects like ants or spiders. It's also possible to see local wildlife, such as mice, chipmunks, or even bears, as they are a part of the surrounding landscape. These sightings do not indicate a dirty or poorly maintained home, but simply reflect the wild setting of the area.
