Lease terms

Lease Term: The initial lease term shall be 12 months. Upon expiration of the initial term, the tenancy shall automatically convert to a month-to-month tenancy unless either party provides written notice to terminate the tenancy as required by applicable law. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including all rooms, hallways, bathrooms, garages, and any enclosed areas of the property. This prohibition applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, and any other smoking products. Tenants are responsible for ensuring that guests comply with this policy. Violation of this provision may be considered a breach of the lease and may result in charges for cleaning, deodorizing, repairing damage, or other remedies permitted by law.
