IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Will Accept Section 8 Housing with Los Fresnos TX or Cameron County Only.
Brownsville TX Housing Authority does not apply since it is not within city limits; However, you can get it Transferred to Los Fresnos TX Housing if desired).
Qualifying individual/family must check if this rental will be accepted.
- Will Accept and Work with any Non-Profit if selected (Please know that not all programs assist with security deposit so it will be tenants' responsibility)
- No in person showings will be held due to property management being out of state or none at the moment to show due it being occupied by another renter; however, a virtual tour can be sent via text message if you're interested. Once several individuals request a tour, a date will be given to see the unit one day near the end month of Move In before move in dates. Processing information, application screening and lease agreement fee is nonrefundable once sent for signatures.
