Rent: $4,000/month (includes water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet; landlord covers up to $150/month utilities) Fees: $45.95 application, $195 cleaning fee Deposit: $4,000 (1 month's rent, CA max) Occupancy: Max 2-3 adults only (no subletting, all named on lease) Pets: 1 cat OR 1 small dog OK Parking: 1 designated space + street parking nearby Non-smoking unit Term: Target lease period: July 1, 2026 January 5, 2027, with a minimum 30 day stay. We are open to one primary tenant for the full term or multiple qualified tenants for 30 day+ stays within that window.
