The bedroom is comfortably furnished with two nightstands, a queen-size bed, a dresser, a desk, and a large closet. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The rental space also includes access to a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and outdoor patio. Onsite carport parking is available. The swimming pools, spas, clubhouse with a gym, and tennis courts are all within a short walking distance from the condo unit. There are nearby shops, CV Link accesses, grocery stores, restaurants, and hospital (~15 minutes to Desert Regional Medical Center). It's also a short drive to Palm Springs airport, and ~11 minutes to downtown Palms Springs and the I-10 interstate. All utilities are included: Wi-Fi, water, electric, gas, in-unit laundry, garbage disposal, onsite mailbox, and central air (A/C and heating). The move in terms is $1500 first month rent and $1350 refundable security deposit. Rent price can be negotiable and security deposit can be paid in installments if needed.
