There are nearby shops, CV Link accesses, grocery stores, restaurants, and hospital (~15 minutes to Desert Regional Medical Center). It's also a short drive to Palm Springs airport, and ~11 minutes to downtown Palms Springs and the I-10 interstate. All utilities are included: Wi-Fi, water, electric, gas, in-unit laundry, garbage disposal, onsite mailbox, and central air (A/C and heating). The move in terms is $1500 first month rent and $1350 refundable security deposit. Rent price can be negotiable and security deposit can be paid in installments if needed.
