Note: there is no garage. the garage is separately rented to already rented to a tenant. Parking only for three modest sized sedans. PLEASE: If you would like to see the house, please verify that you have no more than 3 cars. Thanks. Parking in driveway only. No night parking on street. 3 adults maximum. If you are a party of 4, please confirm that you have 3 cars or less. Washer and dryer in enclosure adjacent to the backyard patio. No smoking in house. The garage is an additionally dwelling unit (ADU) and is separately rented.
