Lease terms

Owner/Landlord will be responsible for payment of all standard utilities associated with the property, including water, trash, sewer, and electricity, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Tenant will be responsible for Wi-Fi/internet service and any optional cable or streaming services desired during the lease term. A security deposit and the first month's rent are required in full at the time of lease signing before move-in will be permitted. All applicants are required to provide recent bank statements, proof of income, and recent paycheck stubs as part of the application and screening process. Additional documentation or verification may be requested if needed to confirm employment, income, or rental eligibility. Tenant agrees to maintain the property in clean and good condition throughout the duration of the lease and comply with all terms outlined in the rental agreement.
