No smoking allowed inside the house. Graduate students preferred, but undergrads welcome. Year long leases, and yes we allow subleases, but sublandlords will be held responsible for subtenant. The utility costs are relatively low, but depends on how often you use it. *Utilities include: Heating, Electricity, Water, and Garbage Disposal. *SITUATIONAL-There is an annual pet fee that we put towards the care of the house. *Lawn care is included in rent. *Please feel free to plant anything that isn't destructive/illegal in the backyard, we don't have any gardening rules set on what you can/can't do back there. Parking is free with the driveway, and can fit 4 cars. ** It is very important to understand that this is a family oriented neighborhood. While we want you to have the most fun, and be the most comfortable, respect is a must for your neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10 which means music shouldn't be heard from outside. Don't be afraid to throw parties or get togethers with your space, but be mindful of children in the area, elderly neighbors, and limited parking.
