Lease terms

Landlord pays heat (radiators), water and hot water. Tenant pays electric and cooking gas. Application fee is $54.00 per applicant. The security deposit (not a fee) is $1,250.00. No other fees. Landlord shall not refuse to rent an apartment to an individual because the individual will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District of Columbia or federal government. Application fee is $54.00 per applicant. Applicants may obtain and review a printed copy of Landlord's Application Criteria & Disclosure of Eligibility Criteria by contacting Landlord. Landlord reviews each applicant's consumer credit history, eligible Landlord & Tenant Court history, and income (Landlord accepts all lawful sources of income). A copy of the Landlord's Application Criteria & Disclosure of Eligibility Criteria is also provided by Landlord with each application packet.
