We do allow pets with nonrefundable pet deposit. If your pet is a dog, we will need to meet your pet(s) at the time we show the house. No smoking anywhere inside or outside on premises. Owner pays for sewer & trash. Tenant is responsible for electric, water, wifi/cable & renters insurance, if desired. MOVE-IN FEES: First month's rent and one month's security deposit are required prior to move-in (plus pet fee, if applicable). NOTE: Do not get scammed. We will never ask for money before showing the house. Anyone who asks for money to "hold the place" is a scammer.

It's not just the friendliest, but also one of the best locations in Jensen Beach -- with a Dunkin, Publix, CVS, many restaurants and Downtown Jensen Beach less than a half-mile away -- an easy bike ride! The beach is less than a ten-minute drive! And if you have school-aged children, you'll be in top-rated Martin County School District with both the elementary school and high school less than 2 miles away. House is available in August! It will be a 12-month lease with the possibility to continue on a month-to-month basis. We will consider pets -- there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet payable with first month's rent.
