Owner will pay for water/sewer. Renter is responsible for all other utilities. Electricity, Gas, Waste etc. Tenant responsible for snow removal during winter. Landlord will take care of landscape maintenance during Spring, Summer, and Fall. Landlord lives five minutes from property and is very responsive. We are open to a 3-month, 6-month or 1 year lease. Deposit due at signing. Rent will be due at the first of the month. Any payments received after 15th will incur a late fee of $150.
