To complete our rental application, each applicant 18 years or older will need to provide;
-Their own separate and complete application along with the $50.00 Application Fee.
- A current form of identification.
- Proof of monthly income with (2) two most recent pay stubs.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU FALL UNDER ANY OF THESE CATEGORIES:
- You fail to make 2.5 times the rent per applicant (Net/Take Home)
- You have been filed on for an unlawful detainer and/or been evicted, had a mortgage repossessed, or been in foreclosure in the last one year.
- You have a bankruptcy that is less than 1 year from discharge.
- You have been convicted of a felony, or drug-related charge in the past 7 years.
- You have been convicted of a sexual-related, murder-related, or arson-related crime ever.
- You are on the terrorist watch list.
- You harbor a pet without written permission and/or harbor any of the following breeds; Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf Hybrid, Presa Canario, Cane Corso or any mix with one of the above breeds.
- You have a FICO score at or below 548 without a qualified co-signer.
- You have a civil/rental judgment or collections of unpaid rent / rental damages within
past 12 months.
Upon approval and offer to rent a property Real Property Management Infinity charges:
- $250 Administration Fee paid to Real Property Management payable at time of lease signing.
- $25 Tenant Management Fee (Charged monthly)
