Lease Duration: Standard lease term is 12 months. Renewal options may be available upon request. Monthly Rent: Rent is due on the first day of each month. Please refer to the official listing for the current monthly rate. Included Services: Trash, Water, sewer, lawn care, and snow removal are included in the rent. Utilities: Tenant is responsible only for the LG&E electric bill and monthly HOA condo fees $308 (which covers water, sewer, trush, grounds maintenance, snow removal) Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 5 persons. The unit is ideally suited for seniors or individuals seeking easy access with no stairs. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on the property subject to the following terms: A one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $300 is required for each pet. A monthly pet rent of $50 per pet will be added to the tenant's rent. All pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Tenants are responsible for ensuring their pets do not cause damage, noise disturbances, or safety concerns. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional fees or termination of the lease. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at lease signing. Maintenance Requests: Tenant to do routine maintenance and repairs with HVAC, Water heater, appliances are provided by the landlord.
