Lease terms

LEASE TERMS * Monthly Rent: $1,250 per month * Due at Signing: $2,500 security deposit ($1,250) and first month's rent ($1,250) required before move-in * Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, internet, and any other applicable services * Smoking Policy: No smoking permitted inside the property * Pet Policy: $300 pet deposit per pet. $50 monthly pet rent per pet. * Rent Adjustments: Monthly rent is subject to change upon lease renewal due to increases in property taxes, insurance costs, or operating expenses * Rent Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st of each month * Late Fees: Late fees ($100) may apply if rent is not paid by the agreed grace period (48 hours) * Maintenance: Tenant agrees to keep the property clean and notify landlord within 24 hours of any maintenance issues * Occupancy: Only approved tenants listed on the lease may occupy the property Tenant signing is the tenant acknowledging and agreeing to all terms listed above and the rest of the terms listed on the lease agreement that will need to be signed before moving in.
