Laurel District - walk to shops (Farmer Joe's is next door), AC Transit (local and SF buses), banks, restaurants, nearby laundromats, etc. Near East Bay Regional Parks. A very short drive to Highway 580 and Highway 13. The unfurnished apartment includes a refrigerator and gas stove. Owner pays water, gas, and garbage. Tenant pays electricity (approx. $30 per month). AT&T U-verse is available, Comcast is not. Parking is available at an additional $75 per month. We are a non-smoking community, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. No Pets. Security Deposit: $1,430. Credit Score: 735 (FICO) minimum. Must have verifiable income of at least $70,000 gross per year. Proof of $4,000 minimum in savings over the past 4 months (401k or securities are ok). Total monthly payments (including rent, car payment, credit card bills, etc.) must not exceed 50% of gross income. Must provide 4 months pay stubs, bank statements, and credit card statements. Sorry no co-signers or guarantors. If more than one household member, an additional adult must earn at least $48,000 gross individually. All potential applicants 18 years and older must complete an application. Positive rental references. $35 tenant screening charge for each applicant payable with application (cash only). Verifiable copy of a valid government issued photo ID required upon applying (usually a driver's license). No prior evictions or unlawful detainer filings.
