The building is maintained by a resident manager. Laurel District - walk to shops (Farmer Joe's is next door), AC Transit (local and SF buses), banks, restaurants, nearby laundromats, etc. Near East Bay Regional Parks. A very short drive to Highway 580 and Highway 13.
The unfurnished apartment includes a refrigerator and gas stove. Owner pays water, gas, and garbage. Tenant pays electricity (approx. $30 per month). AT&T U-verse is available, Comcast is not. Parking is available at an additional $75 per month.
We are a non-smoking community, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Credit Score: 735 (FICO) minimum.
