AT&T U-verse is available, Comcast is not. Parking is available at an additional $75 per month. We are a non-smoking community, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. No Pets. Security Deposit: $1,430. Credit Score: 735 (FICO) minimum. Must have verifiable income of at least $70,000 gross per year. Proof of $4,000 minimum in savings over the past 4 months (401k or securities are ok).
