Lease Term: Minimum 6-month lease Rent & taxes: Base rent is $2,400 plus Hawaii GET tax (~$100), for a total monthly cost of $2,500 all in. Utilities: Water, high speed WiFi, and standard utilitie are included up to a reasonable usage threshold. Electricity usage is included up to a set monthly threshold; excessive consumption may result in an additional charge. Parking: One designated off street parking space is included. Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of marijuana or other recreational drugs are prohibited anywhere on the property. Quiet enjoyment: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM to respect neighboring residents. Guests: Occasional overnight guests are permitted with prior approval. Frequent or long-term overnight guests are not permitted with the landlord's written consent. Pets; No pet at this time. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis for well-qualified applicants, subject to landlord approval and additional terms. Renter's insurance: Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease.
