Excellent, fully furnished property in Soda Springs.… Listed as a 2 bedroom, but two bonus rooms can serve as two additional bedrooms, or as an office, workout space, etc! The view from the front of the house of Lake Granby and the mountains is worth a million bucks, but the property is listed for $2,200/month for a 12 month lease! Ideal move-in date is August 1st, but there is some flexibility. Soda Springs is a quiet residential community. Rent includes cable/internet/trash/water and use of amazing Soda Springs amenities (hot tub, pool, clubhouse with pool table, fishing ponds, etc.). Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. All appliances and furniture convey! No pets, smoking, or drugs per HOA rules. Looking for a responsible tenant with good rental and credit history (650 or higher). NO SMOKING, NO 420 of any type in the property. Out of respect for our current tenant, we would like to keep showings to a minimum. If possible, please be available Thursday 4:00-6:00 and Saturday 2:00-4:00. We use a rental management software called Avail to screen tenants for credit and background check. New tenant must agree to pay rent via ACH on Avail to avoid the hassle of collecting a check (this is a service landlord pays for and no additional cost to you).
